Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products
All products sold by Christian Art Print are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about file sizes, formats, printing, or compatibility.
Withdrawal right for digital content
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin providing the download, provided that you have:
- expressly agreed that delivery may begin before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
This consent and acknowledgement are requested during checkout where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once a digital download has been delivered or made available, where the customer has validly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
If a file is defective, corrupted, missing, or cannot be accessed, please contact us at info@christianartprint.com.
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement download or other appropriate support.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the digital download has been delivered or made available. Once delivery has started, cancellation may no longer be possible under the conditions described above.
Personal-use licence
All artwork is sold for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for commercial use, or used to create derivative products for sale.
