When will I receive my files?

Your digital files are available immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive access through your order confirmation email.

Is this a physical product?

No. All ChristianArtPrint products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

What files do I receive?

You will receive high-resolution 300 DPI JPG or PDF files in multiple printable sizes. Exact included sizes are listed on each product page.

Printing your artwork

Where can I print my artwork?

You can print at home, through a local print shop, or with an online printing service. For best results, use high-quality paper or cardstock.

Can I print the artwork at home?

Yes. For smaller sizes, a good home printer and quality paper can work well. For larger prints, we recommend a local or online print service.

Orders & support

Can I return a digital download?

Because digital files are delivered immediately, returns are generally not possible. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order or download.

Can I use the artwork commercially?

Artwork is for personal use only. Please contact us before using any design for commercial, resale, or large-scale church purposes.
